How the app works

  • With iLay-bye you can make fast and safe payments from anywhere at anytime . You don’t have to go to the store to pay your lay-bye payment.
  • You will receive a notice sms on all your payments made.
  • You will receive a sms reminder on your next installment.
  • It will keep a history of all your payments made.
Step 1
Login or register with the iLay-bye app. Once you have logged in you will be able to purchase.
Step 2
Fill in your profile if you would like your purchase delivered to you.
Step 3
From the app, scan the QR code presented by the Retailer.
Step 4
You will be presented with the details of the contract, product, price, instalments and deposit amount
Step 5
You will be presented with in app payment gateway to make payment.
Step 6
Once you have entered your payment details, you will have concluded your initial purchase.
Step 7
24 hours before instalment is due a notification is sent to the app. Remaining instalments will automatically go off OR you can pay the remaining instalments manually OR you can pay the remaining instalments early.
Step 8
Once paid up the LayBye is concluded and your product can be collected or be delivered.
